it doesn’t contain news 9 paper logo which is active on template
it has old news 8 paper logos but not updated news 9 paper logo

I had a problem with cookies or something I was able to access WordPress dashboard but when I open website I wasn’t logged in(didn’t show WordPress bar on top).
cleared cookies and logged in again and it worked

I did everything as you said, Remove all plugin and cleared cache
still, the outcome is the same

ss of system status and other

I cant remove tag div as it brock by site
