Okay. I just tried on a live server and it worked 😉

You can download the content from : http://sparkplug.co.in/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/myblog.wordpress.2015-07-22.doc

Rename the downloaded file with .xml extension and them import

Let me know if it worked
