Hi Vlad,
It seems like this problem exists (on mobile display) with all of the posts that we have. Here is an example: https://photographycourse.net/what-is-editorial-photography/
Please let us know your thoughts. Thanks!
Thank you for clarifying, Vlad. So the post content should be edited using either the Gutenberg Editor or the WP Bakery Editor right? Sorry this is quite confusing. What I understand now is that the content can not be inserted through the “edit template” option.
Also, how exactly does adding elements to the template changes the post? For example if I add the element “column content” to a “single post template”, where should we add in the content for that column element? Or do you mean that adding the elements will not affect the design at all?
Additional Question: Do we have to go into Edit Template in order to edit the content that goes into the body of the post (for cloud templates), by adding in new elements there? And then adding our content into those elements?
If yes, then when starting out to edit a template, it shows a “single post content” element added to it by default, but that element is not editable. So does that mean that we should simply delete that element and add in ours?
Hi Vlad,
Thank you for explaining, but we need more clarification.
This question is specifically related to “posts” and not “pages”, because we are already using the TagDiv composer for the pages. So for the posts, I would second your recommendation, but then how do we actually use the tagdiv composer to edit the posts? I mean, how do we use the tagdiv composer to add in the content that goes into the body of the post?
Please clarify. Thanks!
Additional Information: The default Ads for mobile device that are setup through the theme appear well aligned with the content (for example: the header and footer Ad), however the ones we have added within the content using the editor do not appear to align with the content.
Hi Vlad,
That was a quick fix. Thank you so much for identifying the issue! Do you recommend using a different editor than WP Bakery?
Also, I see that the posts alignment / border spacing issue is fixed for the posts, but the Google ads are not aligning well with the content. Is it because we are inserting the code with the AdBox element? Or may be we need to add the border spacing instructions to the Ad script? You can have a look at http://www.photographycourse.net on a mobile device.
Please let us know and thank you for your great help!

Hi Vlad,
Thanks for the information. Using the cloud templates, which editor would you recommend to use for our posts? We are currently using WPBakery Page Builder.
Thanks!
Hi Calin,
We installed the latest version of the theme (10.2), and got the child theme from there. This version of the child theme says 9.0C
thanks,
Domien
Hi Calin,
Thanks for your reply. But no I still don’t get it. Check your marketing pages, the biggest claim of the new pro templates is performance. So since you are showcasing these demo’s why are they not optimized to show their true potential? I don’t get this at all no.
Kind regards.
?
Thanks for your reply. But you didn’t answer all of my questions. You are claiming the new pro versions are optimized for speed. So one would think the demo’s you present reflect this, but most of the pro demo’s show terrible loading speeds in gtmetrix, what is your reply to that?
Thanks
Hi Calin,
Thanks for your reply. We installed the last version of the child theme, and we get Version: 9.0c , is this correct?
Thanks
Hi Calin,
Thank you. I understand that, but our main question is: Do we need to setup the child theme altogether again?
If yes, how can we do that? please provide step by step information.
1- Where can we locate the new files? (keeping in mind that we simply updated our theme, and this is not a new purchase).
2- As we have updated our regular theme, but we are still running the old child theme which we were using before updating the regular theme, what do we have to do next in order to update the child theme as well?
Please let us know.
Domien
Hi Calin,
We have recently updated our theme version to 10.2, but our child theme is Version: 9.0c.
What do you recommend doing in this case? do we need to setup the child theme altogether again?
Please let us know.
Thanks,
Domien
thank you 🙂
Thanks but would be good to have this feature in the theme. thanks
this is the page that’s not showing on mobile: https://www.photographycourse.net/premium-wedding-presets-brushes-lightroom/
Hi,
I still get the “updating failed” notification.
can you have a look?
Hi Guys, I am also waiting for this. This takes a long time…
another question: how can I configure a background for a row? (not using the general fixed background in the settings).
Ok it seems it is working for pages too. Sorry my bad. Testing this out now!
One last question, why is the composer only usable for posts and not pages?
but the tagdiv composer doesn’t work for mobile? that’s a main issue for me…
Thanks for your reply, but I need to be able to do this with visual composer and not tagdiv composer. What would be the solution be there? https://photographycourse.net/product/wedding-essentiels-preset/
thanks
thanks for your reply! I am currently testing the addon. Will see what the result will be.
