Do you have any offsets set in the general tab? I don’t have any set i think so.

Something is not working propertly on filters.
I’ve tried both options and read the guide, but still not showing the one category that I want.
If we put the subcategory filter and Order: “Random posts” for example, it works fine, it only shows that subcategory. But when you put in Order: “Latests”, it shows the parent categories or other ones that are not related and that we don’t want.

“Latest” it’s configured to show all the latests posts in general?

I answer myself: it’s already fixed, I just had to change the “Maximum menu depth” option from blank to 1
