I’m also getting this problem, but only when I activate “Enable HTTP (gzip) compression” in W3 Total Cache settings..

One more thing.. Is this also possible with the homepage? I’m using the big featured post from template 6 I believe and I have set it to “unique articles” on the page settings but the sidebar shows the featured homepage image. Is there a way to hide that as well?

Hi Lucian,

Thanks for the reply. I don’t mean to increase the size of the thumb but to use a larger source image instead of a small one which gets stretched. a large image that always gets scaled down so it looks good in all. it shouldn’t fill the whole image because of the aspect ratio but to crop the right size from the source image.
