For that I will suggest you use a CDN, Cloudfare is free and easy to setup. Reduces bandwidth cost as well increase speed of your site.

Yep, it’s possible to replicate almost everything. First thing, head to Newspaper theme panel and activate Style 4 in footer settings. I will inspect this page elements meanwhile. 😀

Seems like you over-writing the core files of theme. Try taking backup of theme and removing the theme. And re-installing the Newspaper 8 theme then. Do let me know what’s the site. I have not got the theme myself yet.
