Hi Bettina,

No, the images have never changed this. Again, the only difference here is the extra piece of code “,“TDMAXWIDTH”:786}”.

It’s the same template, so the row size in TagDiv Composer is the same for both articles. Can you tell me where that “,“TDMAXWIDTH”:786}” is being set from and why it is suddenly appearing?

Thanks!

Hey Bettina,

Thanks for your response.

Here is how it appears when we insert this block with exactly the same settings now compared to blocks we inserted with the same settings beforehand: https://shottr.cc/s/Muu2/SCR-20250212-h5u.png (new blocks)
https://shottr.cc/s/MhqY/SCR-20250212-h6x.png (previously inserted blocks)

The settings are all the same:

https://shottr.cc/s/MhqY/SCR-20250212-h6x.png (previously inserted blocks)

The only way I can make them react in the same way is if I manually remove the “,“TDMAXWIDTH”:786}”

But it would be much better if this wasn’t being automatically inserted (like it used to be).

Here’s a page where they are misaligned: https://dutchreview.com/expat/esims-in-the-netherlands/
And a page where they display correctly: https://dutchreview.com/expat/best-banks-expats-netherlands/

Can you please assist?

Hi Anamaria,

Again, this is bulk converting blocks not posts. I did extensive research before posting on this forum and could not find a way. It appears to be a theme issue, so if you can support us there that would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Anamaria,

That is unforunately not possible. As the post you linked notes: “Note: Unfortunately, at this time, there isn’t a way to bulk convert your old posts to blocks, and you will have to migrate your existing posts to the new blocks system one at a time.”

As I mentioned in my original post, we have thousands of posts and cannot convert them all manually. Is there another solution?

Thanks!

Hey Bettina,

Thanks for your response. I have explained and demonstrated the errors here: https://www.loom.com/share/5084db8b41b944d388282e363bbf1336

Thanks!

Hi Calin,

We still haven’t received a response to the email we sent earlier today and now a cached version of the Coronavirus news mobile template is showing on Google Chrome. Can someone please look at this ASAP?

Best,

Sam

Hi Calin,

1. Yes, that’s correct, we want to use both the mobile theme plugin and the responsive version (for a few key pages).

However, the problem is that we are turning that off and on.

If we have it switched on (blue showing) it uses the mobile theme and doesn’t load any assets.

If we have it switched off (white showing) our website is displaying incorrectly since the update (a weird header at the top, a huge amount of white space that takes up an entire mobile phone screen, and then the page loads.

Please see this page on desktop: https://dutchreview.com/dutchreview-team/internships/editorial-internship/
And a screen recording of the same page on mobile: https://share.icloud.com/photos/0f8FaOspRfzgwSSp7kA-AxoqQ

These pages used to display correctly and it is only after updating that they are not working.

2. The mobile theme is deactivated for those pages but the huge gap at the top and the lack of responsiveness are persisting. This worked prior to the most recent update.

3. No, the new update does not fix it. We are up to date and the problem persists. Screenshot: https://jmp.sh/jdxE2lM

Best,

Sam

Hi Bettina,

It is the reverse issue — the mobile page is displaying on desktop (as per the screenshots).

Can you please assist?

Thanks Calin,

I’m having trouble to load that specific tab in the theme settings. Probably because of the huge amount of data. Is there a way available to do this via PHPMyAdmin, through a filter or action or via the wp-cli?

Thanks!

Oh and while we’re at it, we might want to switch colors up in the header. Background and menu’s black and text white. Is that possible?

Ah figured out the hero-font 🙂 Now just the header
