we had updated the background color of a Mobile header from the CSS file

The data of any news channel website should be updated very quickly which is done on the desktop version but it takes a long time to update in mobile. The person can visit the website many times, he/she must get updated news all the time so please help us to make quick responding and up to date website

like I posted a blog or news, that will be shown on the home page I am refreshing the page on the desktop I get the latest updated news but if I’m trying to refresh the website on a mobile device I m getting the older news.. means on a mobile device updation will take more than 30 minutes
