Mobile menu error - reply

This error occurs both when browsing while logged in and as an external user.
As soon as the mobile menu slider opens or the hamburger menu icon is clicked, the site freezes — I can’t go back or do anything else, the only option is to leave the page.
Caching is disabled. This error makes my website unusable.

RESOLVED by Anna (Support) – The problem was caused that I didn’t have the tagdiv Standard pack plugin installed and activated. I activated the plugin, and it now looks good.
