I solved my problem.
In fact, many of the settings did not work on the theme.
I viewed on SQL td_011 items in phpmyadmin so i understand that there are problems in the PHP version

My current version of PHP 5.6 on Apache 2.4

I built as Apache 2.4 PHP 5.5
Newsmag running stably on PHP 5.5 in Centos 7.2

Note: Also Nginx not working or not stable in Centos 7.2
