Does this option fix all previous formatting for posts? I’m looking to change the setting for all past and future posts.

Inside of WordPress there is an option in the post body to block quote text. Whenever I use the block quote, the text formatting is all caps, a different color, and not left justified. I am looking for the option to format all of my quoted text with the same text as my regular post body.

My quoted text is Red, All Caps, and Centered. I want to change all of that and allow for bullets to be used in quoted text. I had this option with my old theme.
