sorry, I did not get the problem about the cache plugin. Can you please elaborate?

I did a few more tests and some works properly while others don’t.

Hi Calin,

yes the website url is correct. It should be noted that I’m talking about video thumbs, not featured images. However, I did a new test earlier and the video thumb is correctly shown. Is it possible that it depends on the quality/length of the video uploaded or any other option YouTube related?

Oh now I got it. It was a problem related with the privacy&cookie policy applied on the website. I tried to open the link from firefox and now that I’ve accepted the privacy&cookie policy the video has appeared.

Gosh, now I’m so relieved

This also happens to the author of the post, she cannot see the video from Desktop, only from mobile

From desktop I cannot see the video I linked, but I can see it clearly from mobile. There’s something I’m missing but I don’t know what
