Hello,

That is really sad. There has to be an option to filter custom taxonomies because there is a high chance if someone is using custom post types they will use custom taxonomies.

What if as a workaround I try an alternative approach and get all the ids of the posts assigned to a category and give them as a parameter to postids using the do_shortcode wordpress function.

Will it effect performance?
