We found that if we temporarily put the settings to public, refresh the page with the playlist, then put back the privacy as we want it, it works. It is just long, so we hope you can have that fix in the future.

Wordpress is able to play it, even your playlist is able to play it AFTER I changed temporarily the settings to public, then refresh the page then back to private.The behavior is that the videos have the privacy settings to prevent them for playing in other websites, but the privacy settings allow the video to be played on our website.

I am asking that you consider fixing your theme so it behaves like WordPress. It probably has to do with the way you are fetching the thumbnails.

Thank you for your answer, I do understand it works if we do that, but we have a lot of videos, already with privacy settings. And since the wordpress embed is able to fetch the thumbnail even with the privacy settings, it would be very helpful if you playlist could do the same.
Any chance you could have a fix for that ?

Hi, thank you for your answer – I finally found that I did not have the last WPML version, even if I updated the plugin from the dashboard – weird – anyway, that solved the problem. I am using your theme now and it is working great. I could not have give you access as my client restrict server access to my IP.

Thank you – I am changing template – I prefer to use WPML and have a template that have been tested for it.
