If you did the jump to 11.x I had to redo all the plugins again and everything was perfect. It was over in the Update tabs somewhere. Hope it helps.

Thanks!
I’ll try that and report back. Appreciate it and apologize about the multiple posts. They occurred when I was clicking the edit post.
I use the Classic Editor which works with WordPress and has since its beginning. Code is code no matter how it rolls. The issue is determining where the blockquote parameter is controlled for both front end and in the editor itself. The screenshots explain precisely what I mean. If you are saying that Newspaper will not work with Classic Editor, so be it, but tell me where the blockquote code is located for the Editor so I can manually work on it and create a child theme.
For example, if I use < blockquote >
here with out the code parameter, it gives the same problem. You see how it is light blue, centered, etc?
Thanks!

@evilspyboy Good deal! And start the routine of backups before upgrade as I think we all got LUCKY this go around. Simply rolling back may not work next time. 😉
Roll it back until they fix it. Lots of threads, including mine, on this.
The only other best practices in WP I can think of is to implement a Child Theme of Newspaper and Dev it out on all updates. The CT would keep all pertinent changes. This, obviously, goes hand in hand with maintaining backup/snapshots. My site is rather large with over 2000+ articles and over a dozen plugins. Adding to that is the fact that I run Linux so any updates are always a point of trepidation. Good luck to all and hopefully @tagdev will support those of us whom paid them money for a product.
@jesperj I owe you an apology. I believe I misinterpreted your statement of “the update is not ready” as “there wasn’t an update to begin with”. I believe when someone is wrong they should say so. I submit my apology. Thanx
@thebookishelf pretty cool site! I love to read!
@amandajholden I simply asked my provider to roll back to the previous day’s version. Most providers keep snapshots, granted I run an enterprise system as I am a journalist. It gets a bit more complicated if you have to do it from scratch as WP pushes all the data into SQL Tables. So, without a backup or snapshot of some sort, it is virtually impossible. Now, you could probably grab a copy of v10.3.9.1 and install it which MAY fix the issues (minus any stuff you added after the update), but I could not swear to that.
The issue here is that everyone experiencing this problem needs to hammer tagdiv to fix the problem and then instruct those of us whom have PAID A LOT OF MONEY to both have updates and support. Neither are occurring as far as I am concerned.

And jesperj that theme update that you said didn’t exist?! Yeah, so maybe check your info out before calling people a liar.
After rollback here is the update: http://prnt.sc/10zhhea
The missing part you couldn’t find?! Yeah, rollback and there it is: http://prnt.sc/10zhil0
And the removal of ALL CSS and jacking up of the blockquote? Yeah, back to normal here: http://prnt.sc/10zhjb1
AND the mobile view is back to normal as well.
Had a half dozen readers email about the mobile view. As I had to reinstall all of your plugins completely stripped away the tab titles, logo … EVERYTHING!!!!
Rolling it back until you folks figure out how to code.
Really? Because it asked me to update and I did. I had to edit out the section in the page code and extend down another column and now have blank. Gets better, though. No control over the blockquotes and the custom CSS doesn’t work. I am beyond livid.
Here is your update v10.4 that just jacked up my site: http://prnt.sc/10zg63i
Here is the new gap I have to jack with because of the update: http://prnt.sc/10zg7t9
Here is how the new tagdiv sh*t bleeds all over in Linux and I have to MANUALLY type the wp-admin just to get BACK to the admin side: http://prnt.sc/10zg8ij
Here is how your HORRIBLE blockquote shows now with NO ABILITY to control even through Custom CSS: http://prnt.sc/10zg9aa
So,l don’t call me a liar because the I had ZERO issues until I installed your HORRIBLE update. I paid you good money so give me a solution!
Here is the screenshot of the default editor
Custom CSS provided by you to change this issue
And even the default settings changed.
On the front end the CSS somewhat works; however, the height (px) of the letters remains at 20px even though I specify 11px. The bigger issue is the nightmare ALL CAPS light blue on the editing side.
What he is describing is precisely what I have been working with your support to fix to no avail. First, I don’t use Gutenberg and run only Classic Editor but have tried both to try and fix this disaster. The tagdiv default settings in your Core are set to Roboto font, 18px height, and centered. Additionally, your Core code forces light blue — same color as hyperlinks which is a nightmare — and ALL CAPS. I have set the Theme Defaults to Veranda, 12pt and no go. You sent me Custom CSS which in ANY other WordPress theme would supercede code and that does not work on the Editor side.

Call To Action Button will not work either.
This is the code on Inspection:
<span class=”tdm-btn-text”>DONATE TODAY!</span><i class=”tdc-font-fa tdc-font-fa-group-users”></i>
The a href is not being set. Can I do this manually as the TD Composer is failing?!
I run PHP 7.4.x as I have a server setting. No issues.
Delete the theme, upload the new version. Select a demo and DO NOT import content. From there I would suggest that you get rid of the AMP plugin as it can prevent images, yet again. Tweak the theme to your suiting from there.
The developer stated that it is your theme that is forcing a different templates to be used. So, I need to understand why your code forces a different template to be used and get it to stick with the same template. This is one of a few glitches such as Button URLs do not work and others thus far.
