Hi Catalin,
thanks for your reply. It seems to be a bug in Newspaper. I am using the page id to load the menu.

What I tried to fix the error:
Creating a new main menu with only one menu-item in wordpress and assinging an empty page to that menu-item to load as page-menu
deactivating all 3rd party plugins
updating wordpress
clearing cache etc.

All of those measures didnt work. Strangly only my originally created page to load as menu does work. If I modify it, the error appears as well.

When do you think a fix might be available?

Edit: I tried loading a simple Mega menu from another wp page I created and I got the same error… strange.

I see… I have tried a few modules but none of them did what I tried to achieve. I hardcoded the image (with link) and text (link as well) using the <html>-module and it does work.

But is there a module (without having to hardcode everything) that does the same in Newspaper 9 you would recommend?
