I have resolve my issue but now i have issue with the favicon is not working at all.
I have delete and upload again the picture and still not working.

I m using another method now that i create a function at function.php that loads a js file that have the side banners on it but is still not working . So this that i m asking maybe the theme does not allow my fuction on function.php to work properly.

Please advice.

I have remove the code from page.php category.php loop-single.php and i make a dir into the child theme call parts under Newspaper-child and there i implement my code into footer.php and still the same issue tagdiv is not working have the same error.

I am using td_footer_template_14 as a default one.
Shall i implement my code there and remove the code from footer.php?

I have edit the below file at the child theme:

– function.php i defined the new widget area
– Place position new widget inside the page.php and post.php
– I have change page & post the templates and i add the custom widget.

When i activate the parent theme tagDiv Composer works fine but when i active the child theme the issue occurs. I have activate and deactivate the plugins and nothing was happen.
The only thing that i change in the child theme is that i create a widget outside of the content on the page.php

Please advice further.
