I’m running into the same issue on a Post, we have 15+ <–nextpage –> on a Post, but it’s only showing numbered pagination, I can’t figure out how to get it to be a NEXT link only.

Hi Simon,

I’m asking about how to do it programatically, using a WordPress hook. Yes I want it done to the Posts template.

If I edit those files though, won’t it break during the next upgrade?
