Found it – thank you!
OK, I am so damn afraid to screw everything up we have built, that I need a step-by-step here.
We would like to expand our posts width to 1200.
How do we do that without overwriting a bunch of stuff, and can we go back if we are not happy with the look.
We have looked in the library, and we are just too scared to import anything without being certain that we do everything in the right order.
Thanks!
Hey Calin.
Thanks again for a quick answer.
Two follow-ups.
1) When I change the rows to 1200px, my top slider stays unchanged (Big Grid Slide). How do I fix that?
2) Where do I change the spacing between content area and sidebar in all my posts?
Thanks
Hi Calin
Thank you for your quick reply once again.
Follow up: The text module won’t show the code.
So I tried the custom javascript.
I want to place the script in a banner type box in the side bar. How do I do that?
Here is the code:
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”http://hosted.stats.com/config/shsdefault.css”>
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”http://knbr.stats.com/shs.css”>
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”http://hosted.stats.com/config/nfldraftdefault.css”>
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”http://knbr.stats.com/multi.css”>
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”http://knbr.stats.com/nfldraft.css”>
<script language=”javascript” SRC=”http://knbr.stats.com/multisport/draft.js.asp?sport=nfldraft&type=ontheclock&lang=en”></script>
OK, I fixed it. I have no idea how. But it works now.
Thanks
I have now
-installed the latest version of Newspaper
-disabled mobile theme plugin
-disabled AMP plugin
Nothing changes. I really need to get this fixed.
Hi Calin
It doesn’t matter what I use. I can’t get our normal look back. Not even the responsive look. Please take a look at gulklud.dk on a desktop and mobile, and you’ll see the difference.
I really need a quick fix for this, ad our ads are not running anywhere.
The page does not use the responsive them even when I deactivate the mobile theme plugin. The hamburger menu isn’t working and pages aren’t displayed correctly. This is only on mobile, and began Thursday afternoon.

Thanks. Your recommendation for a cache plugin worked 🙂
Vlad, you da man – it works.
Thanks!!
Thanks.
And where do you insert the css code?
Hi Vlad
Thank you so much for the CSS suggestion.
Unfortunately nothing happens.
I tried inserting the code in the theme custom css and in the theme editor, but neither has an effect.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
Thanks
I am just gonna drop it. I am spending an insane amount of time on something that should be super simple!
1) That doesn’t make sense
2) It still doesn’t work
Hi Vlad
I am sorry. I am trying everything. Even copying the iframe direkctly from the other site that uses the same table. It does not show.
I don’t know how you got it to show, but it does not show here.
And what is up what the double hyphen “” ?
You can see the page here:

Please let me know what I am doing wrong!
No, you definitely have an iframe issue.
Even the most basic pages are not adjustable on your site.
I have tested quite a few now.
Please fix this, as we show an important result and standings module in an iframe, and this is not possible in Newspaper.
Here another site is using the same standings module, and it works fine

I can actually adjust the width by creating a new page.
However, the content does not show.
That was NOT a problem with our previous theme!
Well that is strange, because it worked in the previous theme we used???
The link is here:

That will not show. As mentioned we had no problems before we stitched to Newspaper.
Hi Vlad.
Yes exactly 🙂
I appreciate your answer (which by the way is the exact same answer I got for another question).
What I really want to accomplish is the following:
An image containing 32 items in one line where each item is clickable.
It is NOT a mega menu item. It is an item to be placed at the top of the entire site as an extra menu hat takes the user directly to the team page.
Example:
A1 A2 A3 A4 …. A30 A31 A32
Where each item is clickable.
Let me know how to create this.
Thanks
That helped, Thank you Simion!
Here is a list of all the plugins we have. Please let me know if you know of any that can cause a conflict and show a “broken image” icon at the bottom of every article. Otherwise please let me know how to remove that icon!

Jetpack af WordPress.com

Okay, thank you. Put that on your to-do list 🙂
Yeah, That was definitely not what I was looking for. I am looking for a solution that will easily let us decide and change the articles listed in the top grid. The solution you described is very tedious, and definitely not suitable for a flexible and quick news site. What other options do you offer?
Thanks for the reply.
If I understand you correctly that means that we would have to apply a special tag for each article such as “top news” or “breaking”?
Thanks for your answer.
However, I have created a custom header, so I don’t get those options.
That whole dialog box disappears, when I select my own header instead of one of your built-in templates.
Please get back to me asap. We are looking to launch today.
