I have purchased this theme from themeforest and I have 1 year free support. How can I avail that? Because I need a developer who can login my website and fix this problem.

Hi,
I see the offset is empty. When I logged in all posts are displayed and latest posts are showing first. But when a user see our category many posts are missing and some are very old. Please see image 1 and image 2 respectively. In image 1 I am logged in. In image 2 is what user is seeing.

We are only experiencing this problem with latest crypto news category. All other categories are working fine.
