Hi,

The revolutions plugin slider is installed. When import slider button is clicked to import our jpeg image, error received: “Error: Incompatible Archive”
Attached please find the file for the slider.

If wordpress login credentials are posted in this reply is it kept private or is this conversation in a public forum?

Is there a way to send an attachment with this reply to help troubleshoot the issue?
