Hi Calin,

Thanks for your answer, but it didn’t solve my problem. Actually, I know how to create a contact form and I am using Wp Forms and I have the shortcode in hand. My problem is how can I create a block or banner that have a background picture so I can add some text on the left side and put the contact form on the right side.
If you take a look at this link (https://prnt.sc/um1io1) you will see a banner which has a picture for the background, and some text on the left side, and contact form on the right side.
