Hi Vlad,

I’m afraid I cannot handle this installation/implementation. Anyhow this can be implemented by developers in your team?

Thanks,
Hayes

Hi Simion,

Sorry I don’t have IT background. May you please advise where I can locate the child theme functions.php file and how I can add those functions in the file? (I’m using Siteground for hosting)

Thanks,
Hayes

Hi Vlad,

Below are the 2 posts I see the difference:

***

Previously the pages I’ve published so far has had the ‘Related Articles’ block, like this page: https://www.healthcarethinkers.com/2020/05/%e7%a4%be%e5%8d%80%e8%97%a5%e6%88%bf%e5%bd%a2%e5%90%8c%e8%99%9b%e8%a8%ad/
(Please refer to this screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/185Ly4Q3jNutbqgdh-zYctmZo0pkO8Oej/view?usp=sharing)

But I’m not sure since when, the pages I publish no longer have this ‘Related Articles’ block, like this page: https://www.healthcarethinkers.com/2020/08/%e7%87%9f%e9%a4%8a%e8%a3%9c%e5%85%85%e5%8a%91/
(Please refer to this screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S25tyvbWKFeJn9nDPULM2IN6u3WjOTpX/view?usp=sharing)

***

My gutenberg post settings same as your screenshot. Just that I don’t see the post settings at the bottom. Otherwise, I can check whether the post templates are the same.

Best,
Hayes

Hi Vlad,

I’m choosing DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE for all the posts but I’m still observing a difference (posts with/without related articles).

Also, may i know how I can see your ‘Post Settings’ block if the post is created using Gutenberg Editor? (Coz I don’t see that from my Edit Article page and it’s showing ‘the page/post uses a template that is not editable’ when I tried to edit the template.

Thanks,
Hayes

Hi Calin,

This displays the correct version of the homepage: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eDNSfJpxwPiM3Jwl8oRN7uAgUMVF5F3x/view?usp=sharing

This displays the correct version of one of the article posts:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jeQY2mBgcQFXr08L63jKOwDmbzfdXmtQ/view?usp=sharing

This displays the incorrect version of one of the article posts. Apart from the top bar, the fonts and text color are different from the correct version:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1x5_6Ymz_c48zBh-ukwHfyMDSpXzsUptg/view?usp=sharing

Indeed, the issue happens from time to time and affecting different pages. One time when I open one of the articles and it was displaying completely fine, the next hour when I click on the article again and the issue happens.

Thanks,
Hayes

Hi Vlad,

Indeed I’m already using the Default Pro layout and deactivated the Standard Pack.

Or is it I have done it wrong? Please advise.

Thanks,
Hayes

Hi Vlad,

Thanks for highlighting this. I think I’ve removed it already.

However, while the first module appears right away when I load the website on mobile, the module below it takes quite a long time to load. Whenever I scroll up or down, the site might go blank and it takes a long time for the modules to appear. Is this all because of the image sizes?

Thanks,
Hayes

Hi Vlad,

May I know the best way to fix the photo issue?

I’ve also used cloud themes and deactivated the Standard Pack. Just wondering if I’m doing this correctly?

Thanks,
Hayes
