apparently it is not the theme’s fault. My hosting set the memory limit to 32mb and I asked them to changed it to 512mb and now the backend editor is showing just fine.

Hi Chris,

thanks for your reply.

I found a way using Yoast SEO plugin.

In the plugin go to advanced/change URLs and Tick this:
Strip the category base (usually /category/) from the category URL.

Now my website is showing http://www.domain.com/fashion

Hope this help anyone else with the same issue.
