Just to clarify, the tagdiv developers will be working on fixing the conflict for their next update, but they cannot provide a temporary file that will act as a patch in the meantime?

I was told by the ultimate membership pro support team that they will contact you via your email. As for support for untested plugins, can you please tell me which plugins are untested? I’m referencing a plugin conflict between the current version of the tag div composer plugin and ultimate membership pro, both of which are already in use and general distribution.

I was able to resolve this issue. The problem was a browser extension which was blocking the tracker for the ad network from loading.

The issue hasn’t happened again, however I don’t believe that the trigger for this problem was on my side since another example can be found here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/urgent-blocked-from-accessing-site/

This issue seemed to have happened at the same time for 2 different unrelated sites which means that most likely it originates from the theme developer side.

I just wanted to make you aware of it.

I have gone to the layout tab –> Article Image Section –> Image Size and changed my settings from medium-default-696x0px to Full-1920x0px. This hasn’t fixed the problem and appears to be for only the featured image of an article rather than the thumb placeholder image behind it.

The thumb placeholder still isn’t fitting into the flex block 1 box.
