I would call your hosting provider and ask them to take a look. I had this problem and I tried all the suggestions like reinstalling, increasing memory, but nothing worked. I then called my hosting company and they were able to fix the issues on their end.

Sadly, the built in Instagram feature is not “live” so it only updates every couple of days, if that 🙁 I use this one ad its pretty good:
