You are right, those strings are titles of blocks. I Changed them from here wp-admin/widgets.php and it is done.

In detail, I would like to know how to “change” strings such as “MY FAVORITES”, “POPULAR CATEGORIES”, “POPULAR POSTS”, etc by the equivalent ones in my language (vietnamese)?

Thank you. I already translated and have .mo, .po file in my language. But I do not know how to activate it.
