I have the same problem too. I deactivated all plugins, and cleared cache as you suggested but nothing worked.

How remove latest articles to homepage? - reply

Hello. Please I am searching for the same feature in my Newspaper theme. While editing the Homepage with TagDiv Composer, I am able to add or delete anything except the latest Articles section at the far bottom. I’ve searched throughout the theme panel but I also cannot find where to delete or disable it.
