can i transfer my license of newspaper to newsmag. i made a mistake and bought newspaper instead of newspaper today

the error is caused by the theme that is why i contacted you. if i delete the theme, my site will be working but the theme wont work. if i install the theme, my site shuts down with the error message.

followed the instructions, still having the error. it is not a 403 error

Just bought the theme and tried installing it only to get this error
