I have a problem with hover color on the big grid. My page is very large and needs a lot of time to load. When loading the hover is blue. On which line in style.css or somewhere else I have to change color so that no blue appears when the page loads. My color is rgba (0,0,0,0,4).

The font in the footer are now black when the mouse crosses them. I want to be yellow as a sub footer. I can not find a css that changes color only in footer fonts, and blocks.

The problem was in the caching plugins. Now everything is all right. Please can you help me change the hover effect on the footer fonts. The footer hover effect color should be different than the default thema color.
