I have implemented the code as mentioned, like below

As I have mentioned, the ad source code sometimes gets loaded, sometimes doesn’t.
I tried with a plugin(adinserter) and it works.
However, I want to use as fewer plugins as possible.

I changed all the fonts to default font from font panel. But I still see Sue Ellen Francisco font getting downloaded.
I want to improve the page speed of my website, so want to stop the font from getting downloaded.
How can I do that?
