Thanks Christopher and Lucian.
The speed booster plugin, does it asynchronously load the JS ? does it minify JS and CSS? or does it simply send the JS and CSS to after the <body>

finally figured out what the error on pagespeed insights page was. Load time exceeds the maxmimum wait time.

GTMetrix gives me 87% speedgrade and yslow 72 if i remember correctly
Pingdom gives me 80 /100 score

Most of the suggestions involve the external js and css files and use of a CDN.
Is it possible to combine JS and CSS files on wordpress? without the site breaking of course, to reduce the amount of requests is a common suggestion on all pagespeed tools.

What lazy load plugin would you recommend ?

Ok, i finally figured it out. Kaspersky blocked the ads full manual page. Suspending Kaspersky helps.
Finally was able to read the ad manual, and love how its very comprehensive.

This is a very interesting solution, but do you yhink it will work if I use a single image and make it responsive with css ?(width:100%;clear:both;position:relative;align:left; <— or something, have to try it out still)
