Dear Tagdiv Composer works only with Pages and not posts.

You just need to add a new page and you will be able to see an option for tagDiv composer.

Tagdiv composer only works on a page. It’s a page builder like elementor.

Head over to WordPress > Pages > Add New > enter a name and publish it.

Once you have the page, then you can easily access the Composer by either clicking on edit with Tagdiv Composer.
