After “successful update” nothing works. Only the main Newspaper link with access to 3 elements: welcome, plugins, support. Thats all.

Is there any way to reinstall the update or do I have to uninstall the theme and try to install again, losing all settings?

can’t install composer plugin – at all
can’t activate standard plugin
can’t activate opt-in plugin

AND CAN’T GO BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION
