Thank you!!! That worked out great. Appreciate your help
Hi Marius,
Thanks for your help! I’ve also just now double-checked these exact steps and also tried adding your CSS. Still no luck. I tried disabling all plugins and that also has not solved the issue. I am feeling frustrated with the recent theme updates…. seems the site is always breaking đ
Where exactly do I “copy the vies function from td_module_single_base.php to td_module.php”… I mean, where in td_module.php do I place the vies function? Should the location placed matter in this case?
Thank you,
James
Hi Alin,
Thanks for your quick reply. Just got around to this.. I’ve followed the exact instructions on answer #4 of the link you gave (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/many-issues-with-new-v6-update/). I’ve done this for modules 1 and 11.
However, the views are still not showing on our page (www.askdrmaxwell.com). Can you please take a look and advise on what we need to do to get the views back up?
Thanks for your help!
James
That custom CSS did the trick!! Thanks Alin for your great support!
When I add the following CSS into my source code within the browser… it fixes the issue:
.woocommerce div.product .woocommerce-tabs ul.tabs li.active {
background-color: #0d732f;
}
But when I try to add it to custom CSS in theme options, it is still be overridden by some other code in the theme.
Please help! Big sale tomorrow and hope to have this resolved beforehand.
Thank you,
James
Hi Alin – any luck?
Thanks!
James
thanks for the quick reply!
here’s a link:
http://goo.gl/TETBbx
tabs are directly below the product photo, but unable to be seen as somehow the text and tab background color have changed. I believe the tabs were green when selected (w/ white text) and outlined in green when not selected (with green text)… or vice versa.
how can I get it back to how it was before updating the theme?
Thanks for your help!
James
Thanks Alin!
Hi Alin,
Thanks for your help! For some reason, I keep getting all kinds of CSS errors which just pop up at random.
If you check these links, you will see that the shop products are not displaying correctly:

Can you please advise on how to fix these shop pages?
Thank you,
James
Hi thanks again for a great theme!
I’m having the same issues again with the CSS on my site.. if you check http://www.askdrmaxwell.com you’ll see that the footer where I have product thumbnails is not showing correctly. It should be the 5 thumbnails in one row… not two rows. Can you please help with the CSS to correct it?
I’m not quite sure why this formatting issue keeps happening… I have not changed the CSS at all.
Thank you for your help!
James
Ah nevermind .. got it fixed! Some coincidence with our CDN I guess! Works fine now.
Last thing, is that now on the mobile version it doesn’t look right… any ideas?
Thanks for all your help. You guys are awesome!
James
I just tried this fix and it completely broke my site somehow! I even reverted right back to my old custom CSS and it is still broken.. see screenshot below:

Please help!!
Hi Lucian,
Thanks for your recommendations. I have tried to eliminate the issue manually via custom CSS.. however, even if I remove all CSS in the custom css area, the problem remains.
Any other ideas?
Thanks for your help.
James
Hi — sorry to bug you on the same issue again, however I have a related problem.
I just noticed I am having the same formatting issues on my main shop page: http://www.askdrmaxwell.com/shop
Also having the issue on category pages, such as: http://www.askdrmaxwell.com/product-category/adrenals/
Thanks for your help!
James
Thanks! That worked, I appreciate your help!!
One last thing — the links at the top header are showing in grey. How can I just change them to black? I tried the following CSS but it doesn’t seem to work:
.top-header-menu li a, .td-header-menu-wrap .menu-post-and-page-settings-container .menu li a {
color: #000000;
padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px;
}
Thoughts? Thanks again for the great support
James
