Thanks so much for the reply. There must be a conflict on my side. I have tried a number of things without any success. I have decided to change the page and have removed the slider. I have replaced it with the large header of the current post with the featured image.

Just a quick question about that – The image goes darker, which I know is part of the theme. I was wondering though if there is a way to remove the shadow over the pic so that it appears in its original form? Is there maybe a bit of code that I could use? Thanks so much for your help.

Hi,

its the slider that comes with the theme. This only seems to be an issue in Chrome. I have cleared cache etc and it makes no difference.
