my friends
just remove this line from your header style file
i use header style 3 and i find this line and remove that

<?php td_api_top_bar_template::_helper_show_top_bar() ?>

header styles files are here

wp-content/themes/Newspaper/parts/header

or

you can remove this file
td-login-modal.php

themes/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php

i think all user must remove this file

but you most support rtl user
