I followed the original instructions but the pink strip banner failed to change, which is why I posted the question again, to see whether I can gain more insight into what to do to change it. I highlighted the main banner and added a new image. The pink banner was not there.

Is there a way for you to login to my website to see if you can change it?

I’m back setting up another website using the KID STORE theme. Can you walk me through how to change the pink banner with leaves? I would like to replace it with another image. I clicked on CSS as per the previous instructions, but the pink banner is not visible.

What am I missing?

Oh sorry; no it doesn’t. I removed the banner.

Oh by the way, when I try to delete the banner; it takes out the whole page, apart from the footer. I just want to remove the banner.

If you check the menu on a mobile, you’ll see that the drop down menu text has no background to separate the text from the text on the page.

Thanks for your help. I have updated the theme and plugins and the instagram element is now working, but I’m afraid the social counter still doesn’t display the followers numbers, but the App ID settings has been removed.

All my IDs are correct and I also cleared the cache. What do you think could be preventing the numbers from displaying?
