Thank you for the detailed reply.

The problem is that while Google sees that schema, it ignores most of it for some reason. Specifically, it ignores the Organization tag. It only takes the part highlighted in yellow into account: https://ibb.co/fY5Kv5ZB

I’m using cloud templates for a few things. Replacing all of them with regular templates will take a lot of time. Is there a way to turn cloud templates to non-cloud templates?

All schema-related settings are disabled in the theme panel under General Post Settings. I now disabled breadcrumbs under Template Settings, but the problem didn’t go away.

Any update on this bug? I’m seeing the same issue on my site.
