Sorry I’m not sure how that will work. I will still be installing the same version. I currently have v4 and you want me to delete it an reinstall v4, surely that will mean it will have the same vulnerability flagged up?

This is a client site so I need to provide assurances that there is no XSS vulnerability.

I found the issue, it is a conflict with the “Multiple Domain Mapping on single site” Version 1.1.1 | By Matthias Wagner – FALKEmedia

Hi,

There are no plugins relating to the search, I tried switching off the redirect plugin and that made no difference.

Nothing else should affect it.

I noticed if you start clicking around the pages and moving back it actually changes the search term and you start to see the slashes in there. It’s like the search form is creating the trailing slashes.

I will attempt to switch all plugins off but it is a live site so I will have to create a staging site.

I take it this has not been reported before as a bug then?
