The post are not shown in the category that correspond.

For example, I go to the url http://www.pawguidance.com/categories/training and I see posts in other categories.

I´m talking about the section footer in the theme panel, if I use Magazine Pro I canno`t see the info to edit or change de photo, for example. But if I remove the template I have all the options.
