Update: I found this post which may explain my issue: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-cannot-update-any-settings-from-theme-panel/

However, I am using the City News Pro layout and have no ability to edit the Header ad or anything in the Header using the TD Composer. I also don’t see how to universally change fonts, colors, post layouts, CSS, etc. using the TD Composer. Am I missing something?
