Chris,

Problem solved. The excerpt box was set up to be hidden. That fixed the issue with Mailchimp. Thanks so much for your help

That is exactly what I want to do, but I am not seeing an excerpt field at the bottom of my posts. Under Post Settings, I have other options such as subtitles, etc. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Here is the URL to my site.

When you hover the mouse over the Category “Blog Tasting Parties”, it displays 4 images with a slider button underneath to the right of the name of a sub-menu. Then on the left side below the images and slider button, you then see the names of the two sub-menus. I only want to display the names of the sub-menus. I do not want to display the 4 images and the slider button.
