We disabled “TagDiv Mobile theme” plugin, But still some times, home page is showing some list of articles, but not actual Home page like desktop.
Is there anything else, to be configured in this. Please advice.

in addition, I am trying to align the top ad to the center of the page but it keeps going to the right can you please let me know how to fix that. This ad is the one below the navigation.

sorry if i did not explain it right. The issue that we are trying

(1) to adjust the height of the main menu to fit within the home page icon as seen in screen 1, the current situation we have as seen in screen 2. We tried but we could not find the file location or the Style sheet file to adjust. We tried to fix that in wp-content\themes\Newspaper\js\tagdiv_theme.js but that did not work.

(2) if you can see screenshot 3 the menu icon images are overlapping witheach other and the text, we just need to know the location of the folder or style sheet to fix that.

Many thanks for you reply, we did the RTL and we can fix the styling with no issue but we could not find the files where to change that. If you look again at the menu http://www.motoraty.com/cars/ar/news/ it is only the issue of icons and style, but where we can find the files to fix that? The main issue where can we control the menu files from?

The other issue we want to reduce the height of the menu from 48 to 43 but every time we apply the changes it would not take the value.this is the location where we apply the changes:
wp-content\themes\Newspaper\js\tagdiv_theme.js
