hi there Catalin, understanding bott, but i’m sorry not understanding what smooth scroll has to do with the Smart Sidebar functionality.. i just mean a normal href link e.g at the top of the page that can smooth scroll down to further down the same page.

and as a extra add i should also include, that i understand tagdiv composer plugin strips out VC stuff, however this is on a page that is NOT using tagdiv composer. so tagdiv composer from what i can tell effects every page not just the constructed ones via tagdiv composer.

i should also point out, that i have upgraded to 9.1, and re-installed the new plugins to see if this resolved anything but its the same thing.

Im sure you will be able to recreate the error your end.
