Actually just want to know is there anyway we can setup latest post list on menu for all post in small setup.

Following setups already done on system. Still facing slow issue for post with more than 5000 words.

WP Memory Limit= 1GB/1 GB/request
post_max_size=64M
max_execution_time=90
max_input_vars=5000
PHP Version=7.0.25

Can you please review the same and suggest
