Well, it seems like a bad policy on your part, maybe otherwise they would get more community, and that more developers would lean towards their template. By the way I have found a solution, that if it should have occurred to the support department. Set the default post settings options to those that new posts must have, which are the ones that are entered via script. If there were a case in which a manual post was inserted, those settings could already be changed. I write it in case a user arrives with the same problem, to be able to help him.

Please review their support policy. Happy day
