@Bettina All theme requirements are completed , the issue arose after update before update there was nothing like that.
WordPress 6.3.1
Apache 2.4
php.ini memory limit: 5000MB
PHP version 8.1
MySQL version 8.0

And i have done all debugging and tried to update many times to fix it but it didn’t work.

on all new posts, then i reverted 12.5 it seems everything is working but still few of my posts are not working and same error is appearing.

Hello @Calin and @Satwik I am using Newspaper X Theme with mobile theme of newspaper theme. i tried diffrent ways to remove URL section form my comment form but it only work on desktop version no any method is working for mobile plz help me.
