Temporary solved the issue by adding this to custom css:
.td-animation-stack .entry-thumb, .post img {
opacity: 100; !important;
}
When Lazy Loading Enabled, images are showing…
When Lazy Loading Disabled, images are NOT showing…
Need smaller thumbnails to save bandwidth, improve performance and loading speed.
No disrespect to you guys. Good luck with your endeavors.
Thanks for the reply. I had a gut feeling it was custom. Just wanted to make sure.
Hmmm..
I think my priority is SPEED first before LOOKS. Might just have to suck it up and deal with it.
Thanks for the suggestion. If I was to make those changes in style.css of the CHILD theme, would it work just as well? I’m concerned about future upgrades when changing code on the original theme.
I haven’t found a work around…
Homepage pagination still not working.
But I did find this: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/getting-pagination-to-work-on-homepage-with-wp-query-events-listing/
Which basically states that the plugin team is aware of this issue.
I was able to patch it with this code: https://gist.github.com/barryhughes/5ed4676ce7ebfe30d376
THanks!
This pagination issue seems to be happening ONLY on the homepage.
Archives, author pages, cateogry pages, tag pages are all working perfectly fine.
I even tested and created another Page and named it Blog. I used the same template settings I used for the homepage and it seems to be working fine also: http://www.kicksonfire.com/blog/
I found the culprit plugin. It seems to be The Events Calendar plugin by http://tri.be/
What can I do now? My site relies on this plugin heavily.
I may have read ALL the posts on this forum in regards to malfunctions with pagination. They haven’t helped. Still looking for a solution with this problem…
Thanks for the help Chris!
I will be upgrading over the weekend. And I’ve contacted tagDiv for 1.6 version of the theme.
Wordpress version 3.9.
My admin is working perfectly fine.
