you need to Increase server memory to 64MB .. i get same problem first time install the theme.

i have Little Question ..
the flags work fine now . but whene you load the homepage they become Vertically in the Center of header . after that they work fine ..

what if i set new Thumbnail size ? using wordpress Media Settings section ? is that will work for big grid thumbnails?
